Matt, born and raised in Metro-Detroit and a Michigan State University alumni (Go Green!), embarked on his professional journey in the insurance industry with Auto-Owners Insurance Company shortly after graduating. He spent over a decade with Auto-Owners in locations such as Lansing, Indianapolis, and Salt Lake City. In 2014, Matt transitioned to Hallmark, driven by his passion for providing tailored insurance solutions to both personal and business clients.

Valorie was born and raised in Farwell, MI. After earning her degree from Central Michigan University, she embarked on a career path within the insurance industry. She began at Auto-Owners Insurance Company and crossed paths with Matt Gray, a fellow Auto-Owners underwriter.
For over 20 years, she has had opportunities with Auto-Owners in Lansing, Kalamazoo, and Lakeland, FL. She assumed various leadership roles throughout this time, honing her skills and leaving a lasting impact. With a deep desire to serve individuals and families more directly, she started a new chapter in her insurance career and became a licensed producer and insurance advisor.
Partnering with Hallmark Agency and Matt Gray was a natural progression. In 2024, she began her career at Hallmark Agency. Their top-notch carriers, stellar reputation, and commitment to exemplary customer service made it a seamless partnership. Valorie utilizes her expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions, ensuring peace of mind for those she serves.
Valorie lives in Brighton with her husband and two children. She loves cooking and baking and is always willing to try a new recipe!

Laura was born in Minnesota and, at age 21, moved to Los Angeles. There, she worked for a mortgage company affiliated with an insurance agency, where she spent all day, every day, typing quotes. Driven by her passion for the industry, Laura pursued further education, becoming a licensed agent, and has loved her work ever since. Twenty-five years ago, Laura moved to Michigan and worked for Farmers and State Farm Insurance companies. In 2009 she joined the Hallmark Agency team.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she has two children, two stepsons, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Laura is a talented scrapbooker and enjoys gardening. Maria brings over 22 years of experience in sales and customer service. Introduced to the insurance industry by her mom, Maria has enjoyed it ever since! She was born in Michigan, raised in Texas, and returned to Michigan in 2008 to be close to family. After working at other local independent agencies, she started at Hallmark in 2018. She is the proud mother of two beautiful, smart, and strong-willed daughters, and to a spunky Dachshund, and a goofy German Shepherd. During her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, going for walks/runs outside, gardening, and hiking.

Outside of work, Jean has been married for almost 40 years to her wonderful husband, Don. During her leisure time, Jean enjoys camping trips, exploring the great outdoors up north, swimming, and exciting travel adventures.

Audryanna grew up in a military family, born in Germany and moved around often. She started at Hallmark in 2020 after some time as a nurse’s aide.

Doris has lived in Flint all of her life. She gives credit to her sister for getting her into insurance work starting in 1989 and has been at Hallmark in 2009. Doris has always worked in customer service of some kind. “ I like it because it’s easy for me to talk to people and I like helping them. Hallmark has been very good to me, great management and co-workers. She is from a large family and has seventy-seven first cousins. She is one of eight siblings, and has three sons and eight grandchildren. Doris is a dedicated dog lover!

Bobbie was introduced to the insurance industry as a receptionist at an agency in 2000. Over the years, she transitioned to processing and eventually to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role.

Beyond her professional life, Bobbie finds joy in her family. Married with a son, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two grandsons, she cherishes every minute spent with them. Their shared love for Michigan’s great outdoors bonds them through camping, boating, and snowmobiling adventures. In her leisure time, you’ll often find Bobbie exploring garage sales, flea markets, and thrift stores in search of that perfect treasure.
